    Hello, Joe. The question is the title of the topic.

    Im a nerd with no academic background in phisiology, thats why I wanna know what is the “problem” with data when the scientists use EMG as the only form of muscle “work”.

    If possible, any other measurements could give us more valuable info to dictate if some exercises are better for muscle building than others?
