I’m going to complete the Terrence prep program in the next few days and I’m really undecided what to do next.
I’d like to bring up legs and the back + shoulders width and my strong points are chest and arms (biceps in particular).
I’ve enjoyed a lot the Terrence prep structure and was thinking to a split like this:
5- full body pull
6- full body push
An alternative is the anti flamingo program and add a fifth day with focus on back and shoulders width.
Any suggestions is more than welcome!
