Hello, I started with the app back in november using program Push, pull, lower. I am done with 12 weeks of it. I am now going back up in calories progressively to a surplus within the next 12 weeks.
I was wondering what program would be better to take adavantage of the extra calories. There’s so many programs I get overwhelmed. I wanna put up muscle mass, regain steenght lost in cut, I hate not training legs as mich as upper but most programs I see considerably more substance for upper than legs
I understand my question is very general and generic. I am honestly lost with so many programs. Ive been training for over a decade so not a noob to lifting. I felt the program I finish was less demanding than what I used to do, I like roytines that challenge me and make me hurt in a good way. I want the next one to be killer.
