Hey guys, Looking for some advice on what I should try to prioritize in my training.
I’m at week 9 of Armageddon program. Wondering with my physique what I should be prioritizing, what would make me look like like less of an abs-less spaghetti noodle? And rather look jacked. 167-170lbs, 6’1”.
Curious what you’d say, after looking at me what I should prioritize?

Would you recommend more flat and decline / dips for me?
I’ve only done upper chest for the last year, based on the programs here I’ve followed, and others before that. I think it’s a general consensus in bb to prioritize upper but wonder what’s best for me? In the peck and Terrence current split programs it looks to only have upper chest movements.
