Hey guys, Looking for some advice on what I should try to prioritize in my training.
I’m at week 9 of Armageddon program. Wondering with my physique what I should be prioritizing, what would make me look like like less of an abs-less spaghetti noodle? And rather look jacked. 167-170lbs, 6’1”.
Curious what you’d say, after looking at me what I should prioritize?
Here’s what I look like a week after being sick with a stomach bug for a week (-8lbs from normal).
