Hello!
I am currently on week 9 of powerbuild. I was curious what you recommend after finishing this program ? Recovery/deload week ? Followed by what program ? Is it advised to wait a few weeks and than possibly start the program all over upping percentages/maxes?
Wanted to thank you for the awesome program. Not only did I increase my max deadlift by 30lbs but my squat went up by 15lbs and bench by 10. Looming forward to another cycle starting next week
