    Hi, I’ve currently been doing the push pull legs 2.0, seeing great progress, but I’ve hit a plateau on the seated leg curl

    I’m stuck at 55kg and I’m literally using everything in my soul to get 7 reps, what do you think I should do to progress on it?

    Cheers pal, I’m currently going dropping the weight on it and building my way back up and seeing if I can progress on it that way, yeah I’ve been counting my cals and eating clean for about a month, I’m currently 20% body fat and I’m cutting to get to 15%, so I’m eating around 1800 cals a day, 165g of protein 🙂
