I am in my first week of my workout and I am doing full body focker program but I would like to know what kind of program I should go for after that? I just want to progress in the right direction. Thanks in advance

Yeah it does help me planing my workout so thanks a lot, I am planing going the full body to start with just because I dont want Hurt myself and from there.

Also I just have a simple question about my diet, I should eat around 2500 calories a day and I am really struggling with that I eat as much as I can but I cant eat more than 2000 calories, I just started so I maybe need some more time to eat that much but I wonder if there is any tips you could give me to make it easier
Yeah thanks for the training advice, well my diet is very mixed because I am trying to gain weight from 70 kg to at least 75 or even 80 but I start with 3 eggs and 2 cans of tuna with olive oil, and for snack i take whey 100% protein shacke which i take after workout, but for lunch and dinner i just weight my food and trying to calculate the calories so I get enough, beef, salmon, pasta Rice etc. For lunch i try to eat around 1000 calories but I figure i have to get use to eat that much because I am use to eat once a day so this is a big difference when I am now eating 4 times a day.
But yeah if you got commens let me know because I really appriacte that you take time to help me 🙂
