Hey coaches I’m on week 2 of Ben’s powerbuilding cycle. I was following a coach named dane Miller for my last few months of programs and he believed in higher volume a lot of the time (5-6) sets of 6-8 reps per exercise usually. My body was responding well to high volume, my question is when to add pump work? I’ve been doing it after every workout but wasn’t sure if I’ve been overdoing it that way. Also where are all the core exercises? Lol
Thanks Joe! I peeked ahead and saw some of the way the program progresses. Heavy compounds and high accessory reps makes me happy. Definitely excited to see it all the way through. Been following you for years now and you and dane are my favorite coaches where I get most of my material from. I see the exercise library now and also the powerbuilding optional core work. Cheers!
