    Hey,

    I’ve been losing fat for around 3 months now. Dropped 30lbs in total and am happy with the progress. I was averaging 2lbs loss each week before the gyms opened here at the beginning of August, but since then the rate of loss has decreased, some weeks no changes and others 0.25lbs. I’m progressing my lifts weekly, and I do notice changes in my physique: abs feel harder, muscles look more full/bigger. The problem is that although I feel these things, I don’t see them in the photos I’ve attached. The fact the scales aren’t changing is worrying, too. Is it possible that I’m building muscle and losing fat at the same time, and that’s why I’m seeing no change on the scales? Or am I just in the same place I was 4 weeks ago? I really want to drop more body fat before I push back up.

    The first two photos (blue boxers) are from 4 weeks ago and the second two (green boxers) are most recent.
