Where to load prime pieces?

    Hey Joe
    We have a few prime pieces where should I be loading them 95% of time?
    1) Leg Extension ( Plate loaded)
    2) Laying Ham ( Plate Loaded)
    3) Seated Row ( Plate Loaded)
    4) Seated Ham ( Cable or Hybrid Selectorized)

    That all made sense! Thanks… I thought bottom position was best on leg extensions as it made the top part hardest and we got most from Rec Fem there so.
