I’ve just purchased the app and I’m just wondering where to start
with it. I’m currently following a bulking program (with an ex coach)
but now I’m on my own doing it, and I wanted this app to have something to follow. I’m currently half way through my meso before I need to take a mini cut early new year. What would you advise me start from so I can continue to
progress. I am training 5 times a week. Any advice would be appreciated.
I’ve hair set up Terrance’s program of pull/push/lower, push/pull/arms. I’ve tweaked the legs workout to try and stick to the same exercises/movements as before. Would you advise the Arm day or a weak point day?
