Looking for some guidance on where to start workout wise. I’m 6’6″ and 240 currently. I put on some unnecessary weight during that past year but i still look fairly lean. Looking to drop down to 220 and rebuild lost muscle the right way. I haven’t trained consistently in over two years and want to get back into the groove of things. Should i just use the workout builder? Or is there another plan i should follow. I don’t think it’ll take long for me to start dropping pounds once im active again. Tall and lean haha any advice would be great! Thank in advance!
