I’m on week 8 of the Butt Stuff Program. I see that week 9 adds pump work to Glute Day. The video shows a black resistance band. Checked the HC shop and see 2 bands are available -red & yellow ( 35-85 lb. Or 20-60 lb.)…I’d like to buy from you guys if possible- which band do you recommend? My current weight on Leg Press is 400 lb., walking lunges are with 80 lbs. and RDLs at 185, if that helps. Thanks!
