    So while it’s great that there are a ton of programs I’m also a bit overwhelmed. Yes, I’ve looked at them all, read their description and looked at the splits and exercises but I am still unsure about what to pick. Maybe somebody can help me out.
    This is my priority ranking of muscle groups:

    1. Chest
    2. Arms
    3. Delts
    4. Back
    5. Legs
    6. Calves

    (Yeah, it’s pretty bro-ey but it is what it is haha)
