Which program?

    Hi, I’ve just joined the app.
    I’m Looking for a program where I can train 5 or 6 days per week which hits:
    – legs x2 (squats) per week and
    – chest (specifically) x 2 per week. But also includes general push and pull (deadlifts) any recommendations/suggestions please?
