Hey there, I’ve just signed up for the app today, and I was wondering what everyone’s thoughts were on the most suitable programme that’s available, for training in lockdown?
For context – I’m in the UK, and we’re looking at another 6-8 weeks under full lockdown here. I know I’ll have to adjust all of these programmes to suit as they’re predominantly built for the gym, but I wondered if there was one in specific that might be a better choice. I have a set of moderately heavy adjustable dumbbells, heavy resistance bands, a pull up bar and a TRX!
