Hey there, I’ve just signed up for the app today, and I was wondering what everyone’s thoughts were on the most suitable programme that’s available, for training in lockdown?

For context – I’m in the UK, and we’re looking at another 6-8 weeks under full lockdown here. I know I’ll have to adjust all of these programmes to suit as they’re predominantly built for the gym, but I wondered if there was one in specific that might be a better choice. I have a set of moderately heavy adjustable dumbbells, heavy resistance bands, a pull up bar and a TRX!

    Cheers🙏🏻

Thanks Joe! I decided to go with Push Pull Lower, mostly because I haven’t done a split like this in a while, and fits well time-wise with my schedule. I’ve got a decent amount of load to work with (especially if I utilise pauses), roughly 90kg of plates for the adjustable dumbbells, and about 300lbs of multi-resistance bands.

I can recover decently well, do you think I should add in an Upper and Lower session to increase my frequency to 5 x P/W, or do you think I should keep running with PPL and go into week 2 after my first rest day this week? Thanks!
