    Hello there!
    This is my backstory, so a couple of months ago I began working out at my apartment gym. They only have dumbbells that go up to 25 pounds and a cable machine. I used to train a full body program from this app called fitbod 7 days a week and dirty bulked. I built a solid amount of muscle after 4/5 months of training. Then the gym closed cause of covid and I stopped and lost 30 pounds and pretty much all my muscle. I just got back into working out and I’m using planet fitness now and I’ve regained some muscle but my question is I’m stuck on what program to choose. I really want to bring my arms up, but then again I want to bring my delts up as well lol. I want to train 7 days a week but the full body is only 3 but you say it’s the best for “newbie gains”. I tried Terrences program and I’m not sure if I should continue with it or switch to another one based on my situation please advise which would be the best program for me
