I was just wondering why on your shoulder days you use a rack shoulder press instead of a banded smith shoulder press for the accommodating resistance?
We aren’t using accommodating resistance on shoulder day.
I’m addition, fixing yourself into a smith machine may take away some of the freedom your shoulder need to move correctly through the range long term (asymmetries / restrictions).
