I hit every arm workout just like I’d hit any other body part slow and controlled movements heavy as possible without losing form and my arms only 15.5in
Great answer and gives hope to a fellow wide wing span guy, my arms are very long (and I’m 6’4”) so while I’ve always had good natural shape and definition it feels hard to make them bigger. Not helped currently by carrying a niggly injury in my left wrist and right elbow/bicep which stops me being able to train at the weight I could if it didn’t hurt!
