    Hey, my first quad movement today was heel elevated front squats and I did 72.5 kg for 7 reps, then right after where I did the leg extension, I did 80 kg for 8 reps. The only explanation I can come up with is that I’m new to front squats, but it’s not my first time doing them. I’m using slow and controlled reps for both exercises. What can be a possible explanation for this?
