I watched the overview video that Bryce made and he discussed how back training is split into horizontal and vertical. Looking into it, I see that only pull A has an upper back movement— tbar rows for the week. Perhaps this just means the lat training covers a lot of the upper back, or upper back training isn’t as necessary as lats?
Also, what are your thoughts on the meadows row? Is it better or worse than the tbar row in terms of stability over time?
