    Could you elaborate on why this is such a poor choice of exercises, especially for quads?

    ….my gym has this ugly one, BUT as they are very smart, last week they removed the Cyber (pendulum) leg press (like the one in Joe’s garage) because they told was too old! I can assure it was working great, though.

    AAANYHOW, let’s just be happy we can be back in the gym 🙂
