I’m clearly impressed with the app, it covers everything. However, I have a question regarding exercise program choices, which one suits me best? I am 58 years old and have a bad recovery partly due to injuries and partly due to medication, for the heart and blood fats among other things. I have trained on and off since 1977 and now there have been long periods of due to covid-19. My thinking is to start with PPL 3 days a week and one cardio day, in line with your explanation in the video regarding the program, PPL. Do you have any suggestions, that I have to consider?
