Hey guys, iam going to run the anti Flamingo program, my question is, can I swap bent over rows for bent over wide grip Tbar rows? (pronated grip)
Additional question: how Incline has the bench to be for dumbell bench press and Incline smith? No Shoulder work?
Should I use the same angle for both push movements?
Can I do rack deads instead of rdls? (bar below the knee)
