Hey Coach,
what would be your top pick for more width? Are single arm pulldowns, chestsupported lat rows and wide grip t-bar enough ? Or does it make sense to do some wide grip pulldown stuff? To get the Teres in. Maybe rack Chins from Dante trudel or something like that. I would appricate your thoughts on building width. And hownwould you structure a pullday for width ?

Ok thanks a lot Joe! So basically I need to get my lats bigger, so my back flare out more. As always, getting stronger and better at my single arm pulldown and my lat rows. That should be enough right ? I do 4 exercises on my pull day for back that hit all muscles. So I put my two lat movements first and get as strong as possible, and of course always improve execution. I can split up that in two different days, but I prefer to have a little bit bigger days where all gets hit. Is that ok ?

Should be fine! Implement though, and see what happens. If it’s too much to recover from, just adjust it
