Just wondering because I’m about to start week 5 of the current Terrance and Joes program but it’s took me back to week one, and I can’t do a check in. I’ve been on the same Cals/macros for over 4 weeks, and I’m just wondering about readjusting etc.
I would really like some more nutrition stuff putting on here with regards how to structure your days/meals. I’m consistency with my nutrition and very disciplined but still I would like to see more stuff on here to do with nutrition. Thank you in advance.
