So As the title says I’m on week 11 of doing the half body program (Upper A/B Lower A/B) and I added an Arms day to make my split a 5 day split with a rest in between so I do (upper/lower rest upper/lower/arms rest)
My question is because I am really wanting to split my chest and back up now and work them both on separate days because I’m getting to the point where I want to do more work on both body parts and I am not enjoying working them both together anymore. I do like doing my Arms day on there own as well because I don’t get much arm exercises with this current program and it is one of my lagging parts. What program could I start straight after next week after week 12 so I don’t overthink this and get caught up in it all. I am in a surplus atm and growing phase but I feel like I could separate both chest/back for separate days but with this split now I do train them twice a week, but it means training them together which I don’t want lol. I do want to keep my split to a 5 day split as 2 days rest is enough for me as I do have a busy family life and work life. Thank you.
My current progress pictures. Gone from 61kg to 69kg. My goal is to get to around 80kg for around December time before I start to diet.
