Just curious on thoughts… I’m currently interviewing for a trainer position… I’ve been training for 10 years and consider myself valuable in terms of teaching clients proper form … well educated in nutrition etc… This gym is filled with great people but the lack of proper guidance, teaching, and even minimal structure (they are training a lot of high school athletes and there’s zero programming/progression etc), gives me anxiety… My question is should I just focus on being the best ME or run like hell from this gym? (I have been training out of my home gym and have never trained in facility… so this is new for me)
