I was wondering about this in relation to the new A/B full body program.
The program runs A.B.rest.A.B.rest.rest, -so full body workouts on back to back days….
Or have I totally misunderstood the programming and I should be putting in a rest day between each training day? 😅
I have been enjoying the program immensely and progressing workout to workout while in a calorie deficit ;
However, I did start with extremely submaximal (50%) loads due to coming back from a 40 day break post-injury. I run it A.B off A off B off.
Now I have returned to maximal loads, should I put a day of rest between each working day or continue the program with back to back full body training days.
