Hi Joe
Currently following your 6 week workout builder program..
Now I’ve been doing what I call 4 working Sets so for example.. doing 4 sets of 8-12 @90kg then progressing onto @100kg at 4sets of 8-12
Would it be more beneficial building up to 2 working Sets within the 4 Sets?

Totally makes sense what you’ve described! I think I’m probably overtraining doing 4 working Sets of the same amount of weight rather than 2 working Sets. Cheers
