Recovering from a ring finger dislocation. It’s splinted and a long recovery. Cannot do any gripping or push-ups etc. What would an upper body workout look like considering this injury. I have wrist cuffs and a training partner at my gym and can do anything from wrist up with loading with cuffs and bands. Looking to build a once a week back,chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps basically total upper body workout for body building. I’m an experienced athletic lifter if that helps when thinking about a series of exercises. Appreciate any help your willing to offer. Thank you!!
