Workout balance

    Hey what’s up coach, I’m wondering what would be my best route into getting back into cardio. I used to be into doing boxing and HIIT classes then slowly transitioned into strictly weights cause of bro science I was hearing at the time that you don’t need cardio. Now I’m at a place where I really want to get my cardio really good and even start boxing. What would be the best way to split a weight/boxing training week? I know it’s not ideal for hypertrophy but any guidance would be appreciated

    Thanks for the reply! Do you think a jog of maybe a mile or some burpees is a good cardio choice?
