Yes you can. Just click on the workout to start it, watch the videos and when you’ve understood the form or what’s going on for that day you can back out and you’ll get a popup message. It will say
“stop this workout currentwhat progress will be lost”
Then click on stop and you’ll be right back at the main page.
I’ve been doing this to make sure new notes like drop sets or whatever don’t catch me off guard. Oh and as I’m thinking of it. You will see on some notes that they are supersetting with another workout, scroll down on that page and the second workout will be under it.
