    Hi there, I’m new here and I want to know if there’s a possibility that I can use the Push ( Flamingo and Wings) Pull (Wings) Lower 1( Flamingo) Back (Wings) Lower 2(Flamingo) in order to maximize the back and legs gainz, and how if I can do that how can I do that in the log book. Thanks
