So im progressing through the powerbuilding program and im thinking my legs are just not getting enough attention. Since leg day comes once every 5 days, i usually feel really sore after every workout. Is there an option, where you can modify and existing program? Or do i have to make my own workouts and just log them seperately?
Maybe add a little leg workout on “arm” day etc? (And i dont think the pump workout at the end of a workout, but rather insert an excercise in a existing program)
