Hey, I’m running the anti flamingo program right now and I also do MMA twice a week. For my recovery to match my MMA I have to do the lower body 2 before my lower body 1. So my week will look like this:
You could jog down the exercises and rep schemes and the select “make your own program” and input them that way. I don’t know if there’s a way you can make it stay in that order normally though.
