I’m on a basic monthly subscription and wanted to know if once i start a specific workout programme whether i can then jump to another or will access to all other workouts lock after I start one? E.g if i wanted to start the pec augmentation on one day, could i then start another one on another day? Also – it says the training intensifies over the course of the programme – do i need to press start workout in order to see this? Because when i check the weeks individually the rep count and exercises are the same. Lemme know, thanks in advance.
