I have been lifting for several years and have competed NPC in Mens Physique.
I took some time off the gym .. had a lot work and personal stuff (military). I’m getting back into it and was following a PPL routine. But my legs don’t recover by the next leg day, they are still pretty sore.
Should I stay with it and they’ll catch up as I am getting back into it, or should I go more Bro Split until I build my recovery back up?
