Hey i just have a simple question, at the moment i workout for 2 days and have 1 rest day and then workout for 3 days and then have 1 rest day.
How important is resting and I wonder what you think about my workout schedule? I am currently working on armageddon and I put in 1 extra day to work on my abs
Yeah that make a lot sense dont have more question acually i do see a big change on my body really fast and the only pain i get is from leg day that last 3-4 days but otherwise I am good
