I’m confused a little. I watched the sets and reps video and Joe mentioned top set vs back off sets but it’s not explained well in the programs. I was looking at the upper/lower which calls for 4 sets per exercise with 6-10 reps. Do we do these as straight sets or one top set with 3 back off sets? How would it work with say a 50 lb incline dumbbell bench press? Would it work like this? First set 50 lb for 6 reps? Then drop weight to 40 and do 3 sets of 10? Can you please provide an example for context?
