Hi, Joe. I just started your 6 week plan and it’s killing me. The only question I have is I’m doing a 6 days PPL split. Should I have an A and B workout for each or just keep repeating the same workout for the 6 weeks? Thanks!

Personally, I like to keep it the same, if all the exercises seem like a good fit.

Not really a “right or wrong” here. Personal preference.

    Joe,

Kind of an add on to this question. With your garage gym workouts, are you changing your workouts every time or are you following something like a push 1, pull 1, lower 1;push 2, pull 2, lower 2 etc? Seems like you’ve been changing it up frequently at home with all the content you’ve been putting out.

My push, pull, lower days are fairly consistent, I just train them when they feel fresh. And I’m filling in the other days with whatever I feel like training. So sometimes single body part, etc…my recovery is pretty damn good now. So not really taking any off day, train ya bit off “feel”
