Kind of an add on to this question. With your garage gym workouts, are you changing your workouts every or are you following something like a push 1, pull 1, lower 1;push 2, pull 2, lower 2 etc? Seems like you’ve been changing it up frequently at home with all the content you’ve been putting out.
My push, pull, lower days are fairly consistent, I just train them when they feel fresh. And I’m filling in the other days with whatever I feel like training. So sometimes single body part, etc…my recovery is pretty damn good now. So not really taking any off day, train ya bit off “feel”
