Workouts and 3×6-8 question

    I see that many workouts have in first 2 weeks prescribed 3×6-8

    Should be these 3 sets performed with same weight or should we add weight each set and drop amount of reps by one?

    Ex. 8x200lbs,
    7x 210lbs
    6x225lbs
