    Hey Guys

So I have just joined your fantastic team, I’ve read through a few forums and you are all very supportive which is great ! I am very excited to start training and using the HC’s programmes.

I am just about to start the Terrence Mr O workout, However, I can’t help but think they are all very short? Can someone shed some light on this please.

It’s interesting as I have been training for multiple years and always have done roughly 4/5 workouts per body part and 3/4 sets per workout and ending on 3ish workouts for the arms section on that day, but even looking through these workouts there is only 1 arm workout at the end of a workout and the ‘Arm Day’ is only 2 workouts for Tri’s and the same for Bi’s? Can I ask why this is please.

    Regards

    Kane Haywood

Effort within sets is more important than total volume. (Basically low volume balls to the walls is better than not as hard high volume especially once you are highly trained)
-not an expert but pretty sure this is what Joe would say

    Bennett, thank you very much.

Question?? You mentioned 3 working sets, is there some prior sets leading to this or do you go straight into those 3 working sets?

Any sets before working sets would be considered warm up sets
