Hey guys, I’m doing the power building program. I see pull, arms, and arms and delts are back to back to back. That’s a lot of biceps with not a lot of recovery. Can I mix up the order of workouts ? (Ie pull then push instead)

Yes, or that is also where you should add off days (if you take them) as I never set a specific amount.
