I’m at a point in my life where I’m juggling a bunch of things that it’s harder to make the gym a priority. I’ve been thinking of ways to make it more feasible for me and was wondering if it’s fine if I can turn the Your better half program into a push pull legs split where I take the specific exercises for pushing pulling, etc.. and put it into one short workout a day spread throughout multiple days. Seems like it’s going to be 4 exercises with 2 sets to failure in middle weeks of the program which seems pretty fast to me.
I have a home gym so going to it everyday is easy, but having to be in the gym for more than an hour feels like a hindrance to me for now with the things I need to handle. Is my approach fine?
