    I’m running the same program and I added delt day from the app. If your recovery is good and you are willing to train 5 days a week give it a shot.

    If shoulders and arms are a laggin body part in this split would u reccomend having one of the upper days being more shoulder and arms with just one chest and one back exercise and the other day the same thing but more chest and back focused
