    I just started the “Your better half” program and I’ve completed the first 2 days. It looks like the 3rd workout is a duplicate of the 1st. Am I supposed to repeat that workout exactly or should I try adding weight? Or is weight added in the next week? I guess the way you’re supposed to progress is a little unclear to me.
