I am looking to start the Your Better Half program next and I have a few questions (trying to learn!).
1. Is there a reason for the longer mesocycles? i.e. 4 weeks of 4 x 6-8 instead of 2 weeks
2. Why are there duplicate workouts in the same week versus an Upper1 / Lower1 / Upper2 / Lower2 ?
3. Since I am doing this in a commercial gym some of the super sets are more difficult to easily set up, how important is performing everything as a superset?
