Hey guys new to the app. Intermediate level user, just jumped on the your better half split. I noticed my second upper day is the exact same as the first. Do we do the same exercises for the full 12 weeks or am I suppose to jump around every week? Still trying to get use to the app thanks
My 2c based on my experience with Joe’s/Bryce’s programs: for results, do them as written and don’t change anything(unless you lack equipment to do a certain exercise); for anything else, do anything you want. Once I started rotating and changing shit, my progress went downhill and nothing gives me more fun than progress.
