Just started week 3 on your better half and noticed a decrease in total volume to exchange for top sets/back off sets with additional isolation work. Should I be programming drop sets/ pump work to build off the stimulus from previous weeks? Thanks!
Hey Joe thanks for the reply. I was browsing through the list of programs and intensifiers were mentioned in block 2 of the program overview, which is what sparked my original question. When i say the notes i mean the notes for each individual exercise. for example “A1 and A2 are superset” is a common one. for future blocks, will drop sets protocols be included in those notes? Thanks again!
